Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will vary based on your location and the size of your order. All shipping fees will be included in your custom quote or invoice prior to payment. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

To receive a full refund, customers must submit a clear image of the product and describe the issue within 72 hours of delivery. If the request is approved, a full refund will be processed.
After 72 hours, all approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Please note that customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
